TTC McKenzie Bio-Medical Instructor Donald Gearin has just finished adding solar panels and a windmill to his house to help cut down on his electrical costs. Mr. Gearin who was also instrumental in the HOD (Hydrogen on Demand) project has been looking at ways to run his home shop from other forms of power without having a utility bill. The solar panels are also something our HVAC class are studying and learning to assemble.
