We would like to wish Welding Instructor Jimmy Kee and former students Kyle McConnell,Matt Jackson and Jason Young well on there entry into the Baja 1000 race. These students along with engineering students from UTM have built and will race in the 2009 Baja 1000 race at the end of November. The team was the brainchild of Dr. Bob LeMaster UTM engineering professor and with the help of Jimmy Kee the group has built the first car to run from Tennessee.
